Following a landmark casting decision in which the entire voice-acting budget was spent on a single line (“Hm.”) delivered by a two-time Academy Award winner, the remaining eighty-one thousand speaking roles in Elder Scrolls VII are performed by one intern named Greg.
For variety, some characters are voiced by “Greg, but he is doing a voice,” and, on two occasions due to scheduling, “Greg with a cold.” The studio maintains this expands his range. It does not. It does, however, expand theirs.
Greg has since received a Lifetime Achievement Award. He was too overcome to speak, so his acceptance was delivered on his behalf by Sheila, in the form of a five-day forecast.
